Each youth is counted only once and is reported for the most serious offense.

If a youth is held on a violation of probation only, the offense on which the probation is based is recorded.

If a youth is in custody on a bench warrant, the underlying charge is recorded.

If a youth is in custody for a WIC 601 offense, they are shown under misdemeanor.
